Founded in 2002, the Toronto Institute of Bartending was built on one belief: great bartenders aren’t born — they’re trained.
From day one, TIB set out to raise the standard of bar culture in Toronto. This isn’t about memorizing recipes — it’s hands-on training in a real bar environment, building product knowledge, mastering technique, and developing the confidence to perform under pressure.
